亚马逊仓库签收货件一个月后货件仍然未接收,留在码头,我该咋办?
找客服,根本没办法,都说没办法联系仓库,没有权限,说让我等,这怎么等?啥都不知道,等一月是等,等半年也是等,也不给最大时间。
都说没办法。这可咋办啊,几百包货。

Thank you for your patience while we investigate shipment FBA15JFWZMPM. To help facilitate faster research, please provide an invoice and a stamped Bill of Lading.
The invoice must be the original invoice, show the purchase of the products from a supplier or manufacturer, and include:
- The date of that purchase
- The titles of the missing units
- The quantity purchased
• Full name and address of invoice issuer
• Full name and address of purchaser
If you are the manufacturer, please send a copy of the packing slip, which must include:
- The date of delivery
- The titles of the missing units
- The quantity shipped
The BOL shows the number of boxes in the shipment and total weight when it was picked up by the carrier. This document also has an Amazon stamp that confirms the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center. Your carrier should have a copy of this document.
Once we receive this information we will be able to continue researching this matter. We will keep this case open for 3 business days awaiting your response.
