新注册的亚马逊店铺,不知道哪一步出了问题,网络关联到很久之前关掉的一个店铺。怎么申诉成功率高?
请问大佬们如何申诉成功率高一些,有申诉模板吗? 只有墨西哥收到邮件,是在墨西哥站点提交还是在美国站点提交(美国站显示关店也可以提交)。

1. Root Cause
We acknowledge that the MX account was deactivated due to a network link to another selling account 【被关联店铺名, 仅前 3 字母】.
The link occurred because both accounts previously shared the same public IP range 【xxx.xxx.xxx.0/24】 and router MAC 【xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx】 inside our office during the staff onboarding period.
2. Immediate Actions Taken
- Terminated the old internet service on 2025-05-28 (see ISP Termination Letter).
- Purchased 2 brand-new routers and 2 new laptops exclusively for the MX account (invoices attached).
- Moved the MX account to a separate office room with independent 300 Mbps fiber (Contract + MAC address attached).
- Created isolated user profiles and installed enterprise-level firewall to prevent any IP crossover.
3. Preventive Measures
- Each selling account now runs on its own hardware, network, and public IP; no remote-desktop or VPN sharing is allowed.
- We implemented a “one-person-one-device” SOP and quarterly self-audit checklist (attached).
- All future router MAC/IP changes will be reported to Amazon within 24 h through Seller Support.
4. Request
The above evidence proves that the MX account is now completely isolated from any other selling entity. We respectfully request reinstatement of the account so we can continue to provide Amazon customers with compliant products and service.
