服装类产品。
以前遇到这类ASIN –BXXXXXX   Investigation都是产品正常售卖,库存在售状态并且不下架。亚马逊库存调查个几天,然后就case结束。
 
这次直接把我们的库存给弄到预留中了,非要我们在48小时内改一下尺寸表,并且告诉我们如果我们不做任何修改后续在遇到就删listing而不是之前的移除你的库存什么的。
 
这种ASIN –BXXXXXX   Investigation一般都是亚马逊买家之声退货率高并有评价造成的。(尺寸表中的尺寸数据没有问题的)
之前都是调查一波就能恢复,但是这次什么情况?亚马逊改了处理方式了?
  
1.后续怎么操作才能预防ASIN –BXXXXXX   Investigation?
2.这次我是否需要修改尺寸表中对应信息?(尺寸表中的尺寸数据没有问题的)如果要改尺寸信息,我是通过买家之声中-查看详情-解决问题中修改哪几项?“编辑商品信息”直接改个图片完事了还是“更新您商品的尺码表信息。”?

3.如果修改了listing尺寸信息,我需要怎么回复case”ASIN –BXXXXXX   Investigation“?有没有什么POA模板参考下?
 
4..还是说不用理会?如果不用理会,以后再次出现这种情况并被删除listing怎么办?

1、如果可以优化服装的就优化,没办法优化那就不管,概率不高。
2、不用修改任何尺寸数据。直接把尺码图上传回复对应的case,并说明是这个asin的尺码表就好了。
