产品被下架亚马逊发过来邮件,提交了增值税发票, 之前也发了几封邮件过去了, 后台添加产品那里也没有 “请求准许 ”重新发布产品的选项, 难道只能创移除订单, 或者发到海外仓了吗?

I have checked our internal tools and see that the manufacturer/brand owner of this product has set a limitation and the product requires approval from the manufacturer/brand owner to sell on Amazon. That is the reason the listing is not active. Further, I see that unfortunately, we are currently not accepting applications for this product.

Please allow me to explain why there is a limitation for this ASIN:

*: Why the product has a limitation? Why was I allowed to send inventory if there was a restriction?

There was a recent policy change as per which there were multiple ASINs that were restricted from being sold on Amazon. Therefore currently Amazon is not accepting applications for the restriction ASINs brand. However if this restriction was previously imposed on this ASIN you would not be able to send inventory to the fulfillment center as well. As this restriction was made due to the recent policy change previously you were able to send inventory to the fulfillment center.

Also, due to the proprietary nature of our business, we are unable to provide detailed information about this decision. 

*: How to request approval to sell this ASIN?

As we are currently not accepting applications for this product, I would request you to kindly keep checking to see if the restriction on this ASIN can be lifted by following the below steps:

- Using the add a product feature search for the ASIN.
- Click on the option " Listing limitations apply" and see if you have the option "Request approval" to list under the new condition

I have checked and confirmed that currently this option is not available as the ASIN is restricted from the brand owner, however in the future while you check if you find this option under the new condition, kindly request approval and our internal teams will get back to you.


*: What happens to the units which are currently in Amazon fulfillment centers?

As there is no option to request approval to sell this product, I would request you to kindly create a removal order and receive these units back at your warehouse.
