《消费者法案》消费法案一直卡在身份验证, 绩效通知账号停用需要提交税务信息并没有验证入口. 不知道怎么解决,有没有办法或者遇到相似情况的
开case身份验证是完成了验证的(附件图片)奇怪的是身份验证一直在进行中,账号也并没有恢复销售。绩效通知说需要我提交税务信息,在消费者法案哪税务验证又没有入口的(附件图片)。不知道是卡BUG了,还是需要新的税务信息验证入口。开case,打电话都是官方口气,得不到实际解决方案。广大的网友有没有办法或者遇到相似情况的。

Why is this happening?
We recently requested that you provide information to us, as required by the new US INFORM Consumers Act and in accordance with Section 1 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement (https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... e/1791). Since our record shows that you have not submitted the required information for verification, or the information you submitted could not be verified, your Amazon seller account has been temporarily suspended and your listings have been removed. Please continue to ship open orders and respond to buyer inquiries to avoid further impact to your account.
How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, follow the instructions below. Your account will be reactivated in 48-72 hours if, after you completed the below steps, we are able to successfully verify your information.
Submit your tax information:
Login to your Seller Central account.
Go to your Account Information page.
Go to the Tax Information section and select Tax Information Interview.
Once you are on the interview page, review the information that has been automatically pre-populated, such as your name, permanent address, and tax classification.
Enter the tax identification number provided to you by your local tax authority.
Upload a government-issued document that substantiates your name (or business name) and tax identification number.
Provide electronic signature.
Submit for verification.
