We are currently removing all listings for some product(s) you have offered for sale on Amazon.com because of reported safety concerns. Please note that you will not be penalized for the first-time cancellation of these listings. 
However, we prohibit re-listing products on Amazon.com once it is brought to your attention that sales of those products are not permitted. 
You should not ship any pending customer orders for this product yourself.

   怎样查到具体是什么原因导致召回的？
   所以是因为被召回才下架的？在哪里可以查到召回信息呢，因为邮件通知没有详细说明具体原因 就说是商品安全问题，问客服客服也不知道原因，只是一味地要我们提供认证
   合规性声明如何填写？有模板之类的么？
   有人遇到类似的问题么？
