Hello Seller, Your Amazon seller account has been permanently deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. 
 
Why did this happen? You have listed items in violation of our "Adult products policies & guidelines". Items sold on Amazon.com must adhere to all Amazon policies. To learn more about this policy, please visit "Adult products policies & guidelines":

How do I send the required information? To submit this information, please follow the instructions in the banner at the top of your Account Health page in Seller Central: https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... em_rp What happens if I do not send the required information? If you do not provide the required information, your account will remain deactivated.
 
If you have funds in your account, you may separately request a funds disbursement by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.com, after 90 days following this notification. We will conduct a separate investigation to evaluate your account and if we find that you have engaged in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or have abused our systems or repeatedly violated our policies that protect our customers and selling partners, we may withhold some or all funds in your account. Has your account been deactivated in error?
 
If you believe the listings that caused your account deactivation are compliant with our "Adult products policies & guidelines", please include evidence or documentation showing that your account has not violated our policy and we will investigate your concern. If we confirm your account has violated our "Adult products policies & guidelines", your account will remain deactivated.
