Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon,
We have found that the following shipments to Amazon did not have the required carrier name and tracking information provided prior to the shipments entering “receiving” status at the fulfillment center:
For shipments that are not sent through the Amazon Partnered Carrier program, the carrier name and tracking information must be provided, as per FBA requirements.
If future shipments continue to have this issue, you may be:
- Prevented from creating new shipments
- Required to provide Amazon with a plan of action so that your shipments comply with FBA policy
Providing accurate tracking information helps Amazon receive your inventory more efficiently at our fulfillment centers. Please review the Help pages below and reply to this email to acknowledge that you understand our policy or to ask any further questions.
