当时做了白名单，那时候还不动TM 标 R标，就没有做TM标备案。
差不多9月份下来R标文件，然后开始亚马逊后台备案。
第一次备案，啥都不懂，失败。

第二次备案，回复了一个邮件，问了一堆问题。我回复之后，失败。
然后我case内回复，需要我补充啥。
结果又告诉我通过了，并给我转了case到问题日志里面。
然后亚马逊进入死鱼模式。找经理直接说英国那边找不到对应的人。失败。
然后建议我撤销重开备案。
