Regarding our seller account suspension, we realize this delays in shipping orders rate has not complied with Amazon's performance policy of less than 4%. We reviewed our fulfillment procedures and found our shipment creation and inventory shipping should be improved. We realize we needed additional trainning for staff who is responsible for managing fulfillment for our Amazon orders. In order to comply with Amazon's policy, we let our staff watch the shipping turtorial and gave them two days trainning on handling computer. This will allow us to have packages prepared and ready to ship more efficiently. To address inventory availability issues we have increased the number of our warehouse staffs to speed up the shipment creation. Having all these improvements should eliminate delays in getting product out by the Expected Shipping Date. Thank you for considering this appeal.
