遇到亚马逊二审怎么办,如何申诉?

亚马逊是一个以客户,也就是以买家为导向的公司。为了能够给买家以良好的购物环境,平台希望最大可能地杜绝卖家(大部分为中国卖家)在平台进行不正当的经营,因此抬高了卖家入驻亚马逊的门槛。

在这篇文章里面我们同时提到了申诉需要准备的材料以及一些小技巧,但仍有卖家不知道该如何下手。我们针对此问题特向亚马逊招商经理做了请教,得以输出以下申诉邮件模板,希望能够帮助到还在审核中挣扎的卖家朋友们。

如果审核超过一周,可以再次提交试试,可以参考以下的申诉模板,让各位卖家参考参考。

Dear Amazon seller-performance team,

This is a new seller XX Company Limited. My account was suspended right after the business license and ID was submitted to Amazon. We didn’t start to sell any items on Amazon. We are the new seller on Amazon.com and this is our sole account (to be set up) on Amazon.com, we arethe authorized seller of “XX” brand which is the JP based company and JP brand(see the attached authorization letter). Currently, AIDA is selling on distribution (off line) but AIDA and us want to bring this incredible quality products to JP customer on line by Amazon.com. You can find the detail of this brand and products on Aidacorp.com. (描述公司情况)

Regarding the documents you are asking, please refer to the below content and attachments that we have included

ATTACHMENT

-1st appeal email on 7/19

-2nd appeal email on 7/30

-Utility bill with name and addressvisible.

-Electricity bill and bill with correctaddress of business license.

-Internet bill and bill with correctaddress of business license.

which shows we are in normal status.

As the new and professional seller on Amazon.com, we will read all policies and regulations on the platform and willfully compliance with these policies and regulations, we here confirmed that we will never operate anything against Amazon’s policies, regulations, terms, etc.

Please kindly give us a chance to permit XX and us (XX company limited) to sell on Amazon.com and bring the most innovative XX product to JP customer.
