产品的图片和文案都被盗用，有原图，也有产品专利，请问怎么投诉别人，在后台举报违规行为投诉了，但是不接受，前台的侵权表格填写了，收到了一封邮件，说失败了，无法证明我们是专利拥有者。大致如下：
