3月份的自注册店铺,16好来了一个索赔,还没有完成审核。账号突然登不上了,每次都让输入两步验证验证码,输入后就显示密码错误,但是却有订单接受进来

你看一下最近是不是有用买家账号使用信用卡在亚马逊上面购物或者支付giveaway的产品费用,我们最近就是有遇到类似的问题导致卖家账号登录不上,要解决了买家账号的审核问题才行。你可以在前台联系一下买家客服看看。
或者你可以看看你的邮箱是否也有收到这封邮件:
