新注册的店铺用新申请的美标来进行备案，目前还是只有回执 5月份注册的商标 ， 备案被拒绝 回复邮件后还是同样的答复，商品使用图片也发了， 邮件也不说怎么解决 有知道的说下，  商标不是店铺法人的名字 注册的时候选择的是 商标所有者 是不是这个原因， 另外注册的时候没有放带商标包装的商品图 但是后面邮件我补上去了 回复还是同样的邮件 ， 也没让我发商标验证码 直接就是拒绝 有什么办法解决呢？  （服务商说是律师的问题 说换掉律师才能备案， 注册商标的人说 商标局看的状态是正常的，请问律师真的会有问题吗？ 这个原因是有的吗 ？ ）
