How do I avoid account deactivation?
Please reply back demonstrating that the compliance documents that you provided in relation to the previously listed ASIN cases are original, authentic, and accurate. This can be done by forwarding to us email documentation provided by your supplier such as laboratory test reports or emails received from the supplier/product owner.
Note: Kindly provide this attachment in "".msg"" format only, screenshots or forwarded emails are not accepted as valid evidence. In the case of test reports, if the authenticity of the document you initially submitted was confirmed by the issuing lab, kindly provide the name and email of the lab's point of contact in your response.
What happens if I do not send the required information?
If you do not provide the required information within 7 days, your account will be deactivated.
Can I re-apply to sell my product(s)?
If your appeal is approved and would like to re-apply to sell the above product(s), you can do so by following the steps below:
1. In Seller Central, click the Performance menu, and choose Account Health;
2. Under Policy Compliance, click on Compliance Documentation Requests;
3. In the search results, click the Provide Documentation or Appeal link next to the ASIN;
4. Follow the steps in the Submit required documents section to start the application process
