信用卡扣款失败,导致店铺停用,是自己申诉还是找服务商?需要提交一些什么资料?
前段时间收到TRO,为了防止信用卡被扣,我让法人将信用卡的额度降低到1000,这样的话,信用卡就扣不了多少钱。但是我没想到亚马逊会分摊月租到加拿大和墨西哥,等亚马逊发起扣款的时候,导致信用卡扣款失败。时候询问法人的时候,她的信用卡有分期,将那1000的额度用完了。现在将额度恢复了,扣款也可以正常扣。但是亚马逊停用了店铺,这个怎么申诉?需要提交一些什么资料?
