亚马逊美国因为信用卡持有人验证被封,后台也进不去了。没有做过什么操作,就是上周批量清货,也不多。然后早上登录不了了……

回头去看看邮箱,才发现,之前有亚马逊要求验证信用卡持有人的邮件()。如下;
Hello hui,
Your payments are currently on hold as your account does not meet the requirements of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. A recent review of your Seller account requires us to confirm the identity of 信用卡持有人名字on your account as part of our compliance program. Please respond within nine days by clicking on the button at the bottom of this email and provide (1) current government-issued identification that includes your full name (first, middle, last), address and date of birth (e.g., passport, driver's license), (2) proof of current residence dated within the last 60 days (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement), and (3) current proof of employment/unemployment dated within the last 60 days (e.g., pay stub, tax or government-issued documents showing you are retired, self-employed or unemployed).
Until all the required information is verified, your funds are on hold in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.
If we do not receive the information within nine days, in addition to holding your funds, it may be necessary to disable an address in your address book, or in certain circumstances, suspend your Amazon seller account. If you are using Amazon Seller Wallet and we do not receive the information requested above, your Seller Wallet account may also be deactivated and funds may not be available to you, even if they reflect in your account. For more information, refer to Section 6.2 of the Amazon Seller Wallet Terms & Conditions.
Do not respond to this email with any personal information or attach any documentation. Please note, we do not accept screenshots for any types of requested documentation. Any information provided as part of this request will be securely stored and only used for compliance purposes.

What happens if I do not send an explanation?
