后续来了，3个月之后 case关闭之后，重新提交了品牌备案直接还是显示滥用但申诉了一次就成功了！（可能时间点把握的好吧，我是看到交流群其他卖家说品牌 滥用账户恢复了，赶紧去重新备案了）
