花园类目被投诉专利侵权,但我没有侵权,专利品是伸缩水管,我是没有伸缩性渗水管,被无辜下架怎么办

我的产品和pocket hose 伸缩水管没有一点相同,它是可以伸缩3-6倍的,我是一点没弹性的渗水管,PVC内管,不能伸缩,我研究了它的专利,从伸缩性,内管,外管接头,出水方式等角度,全部都对比了下,也截图了专利书上的内容,和商品图片,现在上传给亚马逊申诉了,不知道能不能过,律师的不侵权分析证明在写,目前说我是没有侵权的,大家之前有遇到过类似情况吗,产品和专利品没有一点相同,却被投诉下架,自己申诉通过的有么,我现在是自己在等律师的不侵权分析说明的时候先自己试一下,也问了工厂相关专业名词,我们真的没有一点相同啊,使用场景也不同,材质也完全不同,外观也不同,都不知道专利人是怎么瞎的眼,昨天被下架,半夜就联系投诉人的邮箱了,没有回复

请教下大家,我这个问题大不,要是怎么申诉都不通过,只能告他们了,我真没有一点侵权啊,这个不让我过,天理难容,我们这类产品虽然都在garden hose类目,但是只有我被无辜下架,怎么办呢
