If Yes, please attach a scanned copy of the TM receipt with registration number and branding image (mandatory).
If No, attach a scanned PDF copy of the Letter of authorization confirming that you are authorized to enroll the TM 97202736 into Brand Registry along-with scanned copy of the TM receipt.

2) Are you the manufacturer of your Brand? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, attach a scanned copy of a Manufacturing Certificate (Optional).
If No, attach a scanned copy of the manufacturing agreement with the manufacturer and a copy of the invoice from the manufacturer (mandatory).

3) Do you have a website for the Brand? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, share the link of the website (mandatory).

4) Do you have any other brand/s already being sold on Amazon? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, share the Amazon Storefront link(s) (mandatory).

5) Do you sell products from the Brand on other websites/ecommerce sites apart from the Brand’s website? [Respond using Yes/no]
If Yes, share the link of the website/s (mandatory).

Why is this happening?
As a part of the enrollment process, a detailed investigation was conducted based on the (i) information available in our internal systems and (ii) information and documents provided by you. After carefully reviewing the information and documents, we are unable to approve your application at this time for the following reason:

Brand Registry application needs to be submitted by the trademark owner. If you are an authorized agent of the brand, please first have the actual trademark owner enroll their brand into Brand Registry with their account. Once the brand is approved, the brand owner can add your account as an authorized user.

Will there be a change in the decision now or anytime in the future?
Our decision is final at this point in time. Any new enrollment request may be declined by the Brand Registry Team. However, if at any point in the future our system identifies that your account is eligible, we will establish communication with you to resume the enrollment application process.
