5月份我们用海运发了13箱到亚马逊MEM1仓，末端是UPS派送，快递查询显示6月29日派送1箱，6月30日派送12箱。6月29日开始check in，上架了其中一箱的产品，然后就一直没有上架任何产品了，8月12日货件关闭。等到9月1日可以开启货件调查了，开case联系亚马逊，提供了增值税发票、货物签收POD单、装箱明细单等资料。2个小时后平台回复说差异调查已经完成，无法进一步调查，还给了一堆解释。
今天又重新开了个case，1个小时后还是回复类似的内容。
难道我12箱几万元的货物就要白白损失了吗？大家有什么好的建议吗？
另外，UPS的POD单，和往常也有点不一样的地方，单上显示Received By PRELOAD，不是平常的Amazon或者某个人名。问了物流，坚称派送了。也在考虑是否UPS有异常？因为觉得亚马逊应该不至于13箱里有12箱不给上架。
