The company was established last year with the goal to become an online retailer of various household goods. As we are almost ready to launch our first set of products and trademark our name we found out that you applied for a trademark under the same name.
I'm reaching out to see if we can negotiate the use of this name. We are interested in keeping this name but definitely do not wish to harm anyone else's business in any way.
We would prefer to work with you rather than go through our attorney and the legal system as well as Amazon. This will only delay both parties and hinder any expected financials from working with Amazon as soon as we would all like.
Please understand that we have invested a lot of time and effort in building our business around that name, also creating a logo that includes our business name, which has a special significance for us.
