求救!!被同一个人连续发起图片版权投诉,我产品是市场上的公模,很多人都在卖的,但是图片是自己美工做的,全部保有PSD底图。,求大神指点应对办法

在2020年十一月收到一个版权侵权投诉,显示图片已删除。我马上在知无不言上查找相似解决办法,我产品是市场上的公模,很多人都在卖的,但是图片是自己美工做的,全部保有PSD底图。所以我参考同类型大神,采取了反投诉通知的办法,将邮件编辑打印好签名发到counter-notice@amazon.com。但是前两天收到亚马逊回复如下
Hello,
We have received your counter-notice and have determined that the counter notice is not compliant with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). We are unable to take action without a DMCA compliant counter-notice.
If you continue to request reinstatement under the DMCA, please send us a revised written counter-notice. The counter-notice must contain the following information:
1. The ASIN of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
2. A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material at issue was either misidentified or mistakenly removed;
3. Your name, address, and telephone number;

But all the photos are done by ourselves and we also have our own official links. Can u tell me what's the problem? This seller's repeated malicious complaints have had a great impact on our store. I hope Amazon can stop this malicious behavior. It's unfair to any seller.I believe that Amazon is a fair and equitable platform. The pictures of our products are made by our photography. We can provide Amazon with original file review in order to prove that our photos are our own photos, there is no infringement at our (产品名) , it just a malicious complaint from the seller.

Could you please check and help us withdraw this infringement complain? Could you please remove the negative influence on our account's performance resulted from this mistake complain?

然后我也是被对方不停地投诉版权侵权,两个月投诉了7次,但是我都申诉回来了,然后我就意识到不对劲,有可能对方不是为了投诉我图片侵权,而是他们已经在申请产品专利了,但是专利还没下来,所以只能投诉图片侵权,申诉回来后我就果断把产品清完就不卖了,一个月后,果然很多卖家都被下架了链接,只剩下那一家在卖,幸好我及时收手了,所以你最好注意一下,别到时候变成产品侵权那就得不偿失了
ps:这个产品我看别的卖家也是卖了好几年的
