商标还没注册下来，但是也注册了将近大半年了，所以直接拿TM标的回执去注册了
以下是第一次备案记录，根据代理回传的验证码回复的，一直都是回复以下模板

后面也找过代理确认过验证码了，确实没错，后面又发送了两次，一直都是回复上述模板

过了一天，后面重新直接重新再次备案
结果AMAZON回复结果如下：

The trademark registration number you entered is not in a 'pending status' as is required when enrolling in Amazon Brand Registry with a trademark application number . If your trademark application was recently submitted, it may take time our eligibility criteria. We currently only accept word, design, or device marks.

请求各位大神们，TM标备案失败遇到这类原因该怎么办，请大佬们救救孩子吧！感激不尽！

1.商标注册号没填错
2.验证码没错
