FBA外箱单没贴怎么解决 着急亚马逊还会让我入库吗,不会入库我应该怎么办

不知道楼主是一箱没贴还是全部没贴。
楼主如果是第一次犯这种错误的话,且只有少量没贴的话,此货件问题应该不大,应该会被正常签收。如果是多次,超过了那个绩效考核率可能会被退回或者以后被限制发货。
楼主担心的这个问题正好最近有遇到,我一批从海外仓发到亚马逊仓库的货件也是出现了一箱外箱单没贴的情况,之前在货件接收那里一直都是正常的,直到昨天可能是亚马逊要关闭货件了才发来两封邮件警告说货件存在没贴标的情况。
后面查看货件确实有警告,暂时被限制了,确认问题之后就正常了,现在货件是关闭状态,显示5个没签收(一箱是30个)
附上亚马逊的邮件缩减版:
第一封:
Hello XXX,
We discovered a problem while we were receiving your inbound shipment (ID号). We are taking the necessary steps to remedy the situation and receive your inventory.
Please note that select problems may result in an unplanned service fee.
The problem was discovered for the shipment named "FBA " on 2020-12-15.
You can find detailed information about the problem in your seller account at:
第二封:
Greetings from Amazon Services,
We are writing to inform you that we have temporarily blocked your ability to create or modify shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers due to multiple problems that we found with your shipment during the inbound process. As part of the Inbound Performance Feedback program, you will not be able to create or modify any shipments until you acknowledge the problem.
To reinstate your shipment creation and modification abilities, you will need to review the information in the link above and acknowledge the problem.
