17-18年左右，用个人身份证注册的美国站个人卖家账号，如果只能提供注册时使用的身份证，邮箱电话都忘记了，请问能找回个人卖家账号吗？

之前注册过一直没有使用，现在用该人的营业执照去注册企业账号，被亚马逊团队回复说得关闭之前的账号才能激活新的企业账号，回复如下，请问这种有什么办法能解决吗？

I registered my Amazon individual seller account approximately 7-8 years ago using my personal ID Card. Unfortunately, due to the passage of time, I no longer remember the email address associated with that account.
I would like to kindly request your assistance in reactivating this account. Additionally, I would like to upgrade it to a professional seller account. I have recently registered a company under the same ID Card and sourced high-quality products that I am eager to sell on Amazon.

I would greatly appreciate your help in recovering access to the original account and guiding me through the upgrade process.

账号激活后尽快准备好资料，现在哪怕是正常注册的成功率都不高了，最好用宽带IP在电脑上注册，不要绑定虚拟信用卡，提前准备好各种账单以应对审核。如果亚马逊不给你激活账户，那就只能再找法人注册公司来注册店铺了。
