Regarding this issue, I would like to inform you that the Brand Dashboard is only available to sellers who own a brand.

If you are an Agent or Representative acting on behalf of a Brand, respond to this case explaining your connection to the Brand. A case will then be filed to review your account and provide an update about the decision.

It can take up to 10 days to evaluate if your account is eligible.
