品牌A已经在品牌备案那里用美国商标备案，现在同个商标申请了英国商标，已下证书，商标申请人和账户后台信息是一样的。
在品牌备案页面申请英国商标备案，出现的页面是：

Add additional trademarks to brands related with your account

在这里添加英国商标和注册号，case回复：
We are unable to approve your application at this time due to the following reason:

The status of the trademark registration number you entered does not match the status found in the Trademark Website.

Your trademark registration number is in Registered Status but you applied it as Pending status.

Please ensure you are entering the correct trademark application number and selecting the correct trademark status during enrollment before trying again (registered or pending).

备案失败，但是发现申请状态是没办法修改的，开了case客服说重新申请。
