被版权投诉了...直接将我方店铺产品文案搬到独立站,然后向亚马逊投诉!求解!大佬们救救孩子吧!

如题,日本站小卖家一枚,最近有一款产品势头比较好,类目排名不断上升,都准备好大量的货准备补货了
结果今天一早收到亚马逊邮件,说listing中有3个Asin被投诉版权侵权下架了!下架的还是最好卖的几个变体,崩溃啊!
赶紧来论坛向各位大佬求助,目前主要的一些情况如下:

1.已明确确认投诉方是照抄我亚马逊店铺上的文案,放到它的独立站的,一字不拉,还包括我们的品牌名,甚至是【Amazon.jp.co限定】的标也抄了过去。投诉版权侵权的目标只有文字。
 
2.该独立站是一个Shopify的店铺,明显是一个完全没装修过的白板店铺,然后里面有几件产品都是美国站等其他不同站点抄过来的;试图找过同样受害的店铺,但店铺信息都没有留联系方式。
 
3.我目前能提供我这边文案编辑的源文件,日期在1月份和2月份,但是无法找到该独立站把抄过去的产品上架的时间。
 
4.目前已向亚马逊提起申诉,主要是从品牌方面去申诉。
 
在此基础上小弟有几个急切的问题:
(1)请问有处理这样情况经验的大佬,目前什么样的操作方法是最高效能让lisiting回来并保持原来的状态(保留评论等)?
(2)未来有一些什么样的提前准备可以规避这样问题的发生?

How do I submit this information?
Go to Received Intellectual Property Complaints under the Product Policy Compliance section in Account Health (https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... em_mpa) and locate the deactivation record for this product listing. Click on the Appeal button next to the listing deactivation record. If you believe the listing was deactivated in error, dispute the violation by submitting an explanation and supporting documents from the Explanation link located below the appeal form.

What happens if I do not provide the requested information?
If we do not receive a response, the listing will remain deactivated. The violation record will remain on your Account Health page for up to 180 days after the listing was deactivated or until the violation is successfully disputed. Deleting your listing on this ASIN does not sufficiently address the reason for the violation and will not result in its removal from your Account Health page. Leaving this and other listing violations unaddressed may result in account deactivation.
