儿童睡衣CPC认证：已经找了亚马逊认可的检测机构做了检测报告，然后CPC证书上面也盖了供应商的印章，包装袋上面印了产品名称，产品型号，警告标语，提交之后亚马逊回复了……不知道是哪里出了问题

我们已经找了亚马逊认可的检测机构做了检测报告，然后CPC证书上面也盖了供应商的印章，包装袋上面印了产品名称，产品型号，警告标语：如下图：
按照要求提交之后，亚马逊回复了以下的内容，不知道是哪里出了问题。求各位大神帮忙解答一下。万分感谢
亚马逊的回复：
The documents submitted were in a format that we are unable to accept.
Please resubmit the documents in one of the following formats:
• .zip file
• PDF file
• Color copy (not black and white, not a Xerox copy or scanned copy)
• Contains a valid seal and signature on the report
The tracking label images submitted does not include all of the following:
• Images showing tracking label present on the physical product.
• Manufacturer or private labeler (distributor) name located in the United States
• Location and date of production of the product
• Detailed information on the manufacturing process, such as a batch or run number, or other identifying characteristics
• Any other information to facilitate ascertaining the specific source of the product.
