突来噩耗!昨晚店铺突然被锁,店铺的回款和货至少50多万,因为买家账户被关所以牵连到卖家账户!

现在欧洲站的所有站点全部被锁,已经进不去了,里面的钱和货都出不来。
但是我们并没有用过买家账号做过任何操作,有大佬遇到过这种情况吗?要怎么操作店铺才能回来呢?
补充一点:
买家账号和卖家账号全部都被锁了,完全进不去。我们自己是没有用买家账号买过东西的,怀疑是别人盗用我们的账号做了什么操作所以导致买家号被封,目前已经打电话联系了中国的客服团队,由他们帮我们转到国外的团队,然后现在在等待回复。
刚刚又收到一封邮件:
