-- Invoices and receipts. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review. Documents must contain item descriptions and quantities.
-- Supplier information including the supplier's name, supplier phone number, supplier address, and website.
-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier's supplier.
-- Import or export documents such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
-- If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation to prove the provenance of the inventory back to the brand owner.
-- Bank or financial statement showing the proof of purchase of the ASINs under review.

We may deactivate the ASIN(s) referenced in this email due to concerns that the inventory being sold under those ASINs may have been obtained through illicit means, such as theft. We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision. You should not relist any products, ASINs, or brands currently under review during this period.
Why is this happening?
We have concerns that some of the inventory you are selling under referenced ASINs may have been obtained through theft or other illicit means. To protect the integrity of our stores and prevent the sale of potentially stolen goods, Amazon routinely monitors listings for suspicious activity. When such concerns arise, we temporarily deactivate the associated product listings while we investigate further. During this process, Amazon requests additional documentation from sellers to verify their account information and confirm the legitimate provenance and proper sourcing of their inventory.

我们以前没有收到过这种邮件,也从没见过这个邮箱 scram-appeals@amazon.com(不是诈骗,后台绩效页面没有,但 performance notification 收到邮件)。所以好奇问问:
1. 这是传说中的不适合库存调查吗?FBA 发货全程可追踪,居然说库存可能来自 illicit means, such as theft?
2. 为什么会引起这种调查?查过,过去半年有 5 个 FBA 退货,但是也没有出现假货之类的评价。退货的交易都没有评价。
3. 如果无法提供足够的资料,会引起什么后果?——如果仅仅是 ASIN 下架,也还能接受。要是店铺也被挂,那就太不划算了。
4. 目前这个产品的供应商无法提供发票,我们只有通过第三方开具发票。即便是真实的发票,也可能会有问题。另外,品牌方面,这是我们自己申请的品牌,因为没有续期而被取消,可以如实告知亚马逊吗?
5. 美国渠道通常是包税的,这个店铺本身没有清关的数据。也只能如实告知亚马逊?
6. 有没有遇到相同问题并顺利通关的?请给出一些提示。站内搜索没有找到完全一样的案例。
