刚上架的产品因为GPSR问题被标记为瑕疵品,10月初就遇到这个问题,期间一直有在开case,到目前还没有彻底解决。请问有同样的遇到此问题的朋友吗?一起讨论下

上周五收到case回复
“我们已经再次催促库房进一步处理您这些ASIN的瑕疵库存问题,最近确实这类因为一些GPSR审核导致的瑕疵库存问题较多,解决周期较长。我们只能尽力催促库房以及相关审核。”
才知道是因为GPSR审核的问题导致的,但是产品还没入库的时候就已经上传过GPSR的那些信息。
期间还以为是欧代的那个协议没有添加新创建的ASIN,问了欧税通客服说有这个可能。立马就重新更新了那个协议,但是也没用。
现在还在等亚马逊处理,目前系统已经开始自动创建弃置订单。只能一直开case让客服取消,有的取消比较快,,有的就是不给你取消,就说安全召回的移除订单无法取消。
如果大家有处理此问题经历一起讨论下。
