翻新映射被拒,后面我提交给服务商处理,他开的CASE也被拒绝了,然后重启了一个电话CASE就同意映射翻新成功了。我想知道电话CASE大概会说什么内容就那么快通过了。 因为我还有好几条链接等着我翻新……

最近翻新映射好容易被拒。 以前可以翻新成功的方法最近去用, 就回复我说
 
拒绝映射,不符合条件。 不管开英文CASE还是中文CASE都是拒绝。
 
我用库存加载工具删除的老SKU并且在管理亚马逊库存那里也删除了。 又检查过了,其他站点确实不存在的。

Now replied as below: After a detailed review, unfortunately, we found that SKU: D - c6 does not meet the remap's condition, and specific eligibility criteria cannot be shared. Although the ASIN associated with a SKU cannot be changed unless Amazon made this change, you can fix stranded inventory from a specific ASIN with the following steps: To correct a listing if the SKU shows different ASINs on Manage Inventory and the Fix stranded inventory page: 1. Go to Manage Inventory: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/inventory 2. Delete the SKU’s listing. 3. Go to Fix stranded inventory and find the correct SKU. 4. Click the drop-down menu on the right and select Refresh stranded reason. If there are no other issues with the listing, the updated stranded reason will be Deleted listing. You can then click Create new listing to reactivate the offer. The listing will automatically become active within 24 to 48 hours.   1. 管理库存中,老SKU对应新的ASIN
  2. 老SKU链接处于可售状态
  3. 老ASIN处于可售状态

符合以上条件的开CASE要求映射,晚上十点后的CASE多开几次即可成功
