亚马逊店铺的Listing被别人用FBA跟卖了,请问大家有什么有效的踢跟卖的方法?

我的店铺暂时 还没有品牌备案,用其他店铺的有品牌备案的品牌去踢他,踢完后他申诉了,品牌店铺后台的提交记录就变成“不接受了”。

这些讨厌的跟卖,就像赶不走的苍蝇一样。

跟卖是很多卖家都会遇到比较头疼的问题,如何处理这个问题对卖家来讲相当重要,赶走跟卖首先是因为跟卖会抢了我们购物车,导致主链接订单减少,其次跟卖的产品质量不好,会带来差评影响链接。

有品牌很好解决,我们直接用品牌进行投诉就行。

没有品牌的情况下:有些服务商赶跟卖的方法可能会采用买空对方,常规手段是用自养号去把跟卖的库存买空,让这些订单会变成Pending状态,这种方法逻辑上是行得通的,但是亚马逊会严打这种行为:

1.很多自养号都被亚马逊识别标记了,亚马逊是要严查这些自养号的。

2.大量订单长时间pending就是不正常的,系统肯定会检测到。

所以很大概率会被亚马逊检测到你是在买空对方,这种行为本就是不正当竞争,违反了《亚马逊销售政策和卖家行为准则》,严重可能导致封号的风险

最好的做法是什么呢?我们可以以产品与描述、图片不符来给卖家发警告信。先给跟卖的发警告信,如果发了几次警告信之后还没效果,我们就可以采取Test Buy. 以下是警告信模板,大家可以参考下:

Dear xxx seller

The official notice is being sent because you have recently been selling xx product(s) without proper authorization.

Please note that all xx products, including this particular item (ASIN: B0xxx), are sold exclusively under contract to select distributors. 

The product package have our logo and all photos that I have copyrights too. 

The product you sold is totally different with our listing description. Which could lead to Amazon Policy Warning against you or even Suspension of your seller account!

We request you to remove your listing from all our product pages on Amazon.com imeediately. 

Please note, This is just giving you a warning since your first infraction. Currently some seller's account blocked because we test buy and report them on Amazon.com.

A:先进入跟卖的店铺前台页面,选择Ask a question

B:点击An item for sale然后选择一个联系的理由

C:把邮件复制到对话框即可
