listing上传EAN, UPC全部报错??怎么回事??
UPC我已经在其他账号测试过,没有问题。于是我开case
于是我换EAN使用(ean是我们公司自己申请的,一直在用)
请问到底怎么回事????之前账号从来没出现过?

方法一:UPC豁免 这个问题自然解决
方法二:按照要求下GS1证书 这个成本最高
方法三:把UPC豁免的证明信下载下来。然后在证明信里面添加一句:品牌方未拥有GTNI码。允许卖家使用自己的UPC上传产品。(The seller is allowed to use own barcode to list the branded item)

From your email I understand you're getting an error while listing your product.
In this case, to correct this error we need to validate the GTIN that you are using, please provide the following information.
1) Product Name
2) Manufacturer
3) Brand
4) UPC or EAN.
- Please provide the Batch ID where you received the error message.
In addition to the above, please provide proof of authenticity of the GTIN you are using to list the product via one of the following methods:
- A copy of a letter from the manufacturer, or brand stating that the UPC you are using to list this product is valid and owned by them OR that you are allowed to use your own barcode to list the branded item.
Note: The email or letter must also include the point of contact at the brand or manufacturer that Amazon can contact to verify, this can be found in the footer of the email or indicated in the text.
- An image of the product that clearly shows the barcode, brand and product. You may include multiple images to ensure that all the required information is captured.
We request you to take this extra step and provide us with all the information needed so that, we can ensure that you get the correct resolution for your query.
