FBA货件接收1/3后,剩下的一直不更新,后台差异调查一直不开放? 怎么才能知道我们的货去哪了???

最近有没有发MEM1仓库的?有没有觉得巨坑啊?
我们6月份的一个货件,7月9日接收了1/3,之后一个月都没有任何更新。开几个case,客服要么说没有权限处理,要么就要我们自己等待后台的差异查询开放,申请调查。 开英文case, 美国团队回复要我们提供物流追踪单号和发票。然后提供了发票,然后就是等待等待。
 
等待8月2号,后台显示货件箱子数量不对,然后我们又提供了物流追踪单号和发票。客服回复直接拒绝了我们的请求(后台显示问题,然后我们申请调查,被直接拒绝。是这样回复的 Your request has been denied. The problem reported does exist for this shipment and no changes have been made. Another investigation request cannot be submitted for this. If another review is required due to additional information you may have, please re-open the case.)。
 
另外一个case是这样回复的:
The Merchant Inbound Coaching (MIC) Team examines the root cause of errors that delay the receiving process as one of our means of gathering inputs to help Sellers improve. Once our investigation is complete we advise the specific issues, including the process as it pertains to your future shipments. Our goal is to educate and provide information to help you identify errors made during the shipment creation that caused receiving errors once the shipment was sent to our fulfillment center.

At this time, the MIC Team is unable to take further action regarding this problem listing. If you are concerned about unit receive levels, you may launch an investigation by visiting the reconcile tab or contacting seller support
 
 
现在都不知道要怎么办了。除了S等还有其他什么办法吗?

如果没到调查时间,发case也是没用的,货可能送到了,但货太多不知放哪了,说不定哪天就找到给你接收了,我们等过42天才接受上架的。
